ZUNMA may suspend, restrict or remove a seller or product where there is suspected fraud, violation of law, misleading information, prohibited products or violation of ZUNMA policies.
4. Product Information
Product specifications, images, prices, availability, warranty information and other details are provided by sellers unless otherwise stated.
Customers should review product information before placing an order.
5. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.
An order may be cancelled or rejected in circumstances including:
- Product being unavailable.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Seller inability to fulfil the order.
- Payment failure.
- Violation of applicable policies.
6. Pricing and Payments
Product prices displayed on ZUNMA are determined according to the applicable seller/listing information.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts or other charges, if any, will be displayed during the purchase process where applicable.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product, seller, destination, logistics provider and other operational circumstances.
ZUNMA does not guarantee delivery timelines affected by events beyond reasonable control.
8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the applicable ZUNMA policies displayed on the platform and the specific product/seller terms where applicable.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use ZUNMA for unlawful purposes.
- Upload fraudulent or misleading information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
- Manipulate ratings or reviews.
- Use automated systems to abuse the platform.
- Sell prohibited or illegal products.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions.
10. Intellectual Property
The ZUNMA name, logo, website design, application interface, graphics, content and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

ZUNMA operates as a marketplace platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for product quality, authenticity, specifications, warranties and seller-side fulfilment rests with the relevant seller.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
13. Suspension or Termination
ZUNMA may suspend or terminate accounts or restrict access where there is a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity or risk to customers, sellers or the platform.
14. Changes to Terms
ZUNMA may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the platform.
Continued use of ZUNMA after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
